It’s Christmas Eve soon. But before all the presents (at least in Germany this evening) are making their rounds, followed maybe by some merrymaking songs, and definitely with too much to drink and to eat. But we’ll indulge in some other subject matter less heavy on the stomach and celebrate this day with Indie Royale’s Nutcracker Bundle.
Tower defense fans will get their gaming needs fulfilled with cartoony PixelJunk Monsters or the Warcraft III-similar-in-aesthetics fantasy Prime World: Defenders. Even more cerebral fun can be had with the fantasy puzzle-RPG hybrids Dungeon of Elements and Legend of Fae. Old-school adventurers will have a lot of fun with the comedic point-and-clicker Fester Mudd: Rise of the Gold, while arcade fans will experience some fast-reflex action in the twin-stick shooter Monsters!.
As has become a standard with Indie Royale, there’s a music album to unlock with the price of 7 dollars, although this time it’s the very atmospheric 80ies-style concept album Street Cleaner which fans of movies like Drive will definitely love.
Even if the lack of seasonal games is a bit disappointing and the genre of tower-defense games has already become quite stale, the inclusion of Fester Mudd which hasn’t been seen in any indie gaming compilations so far (or of which I’m aware of) and also the fabulous 80ies-synth album makes this another purchase not to miss. So get yourself some merry gaming before the offer expires in less than two days. You can also send me a message, as I have some codes for free ;).
