Mixed weather reports with summer sunshine and apocalyptic stormy rain? Better stay indoors and play Indie Royale‘s Mixer 6 Bundle.
Included are survival-home-building-nature-living simulation Lantern Forge, physics-based puzzle-platformer Volt: Battery on the Loose, turn-based robot SRPG Bionic Dues, space action-sim SOL: Exodus, musical platformer JAZZ: Trump’s Journey, squad-based arcade-action Pinapple Smash Crew, rhythm-based puzzle game Chime, fantasy SRPG KnightShift, and Sokoban-inspired moving-boxes puzzler Pyrolysis.
In addition to some free bonus material of SOL: Exodus and the soundtrack of Pineapple Smash Crew, paying 5 Euros or more unlocks the space-inspired bass, beats, chiptune music album Emotionaut by Producer Snafu.
Even if the repeated titles of Mixer and Debut are getting a bit old and the music album isn’t really my cup of tea, the games on offer are pretty cool. Especially eye-catching are Volt: Battery on the Loose and JAZZ: Trump’s Journey, while Chime already wins with the music of Portal‘s GLADOS-Still Alive. SOL: Exodos was also reviewed here and got a 7/10, a cool space sim with only a few design faults.
All in all, this is another strong offering and demands some recognition. So show some love for Indie Royale and the developers and get the bundle before it ends tomorrow.
