GOG Weekend Promo: Worlds Collide

After having given the Humble Weekly Bundle: Full Motion Video a shout, it’s time to see what GOG has to offer with its Weekend Promo: Worlds Collide.

Maybe it’s a cheap way of saving some time on blogging each day with covering a sale, but I usually use these lists of discounted games for making up my mind of what games can be reviewed next. So if there’s a particularly attractive game you like me to cover, please let me know.

Crookz – The Big Heist
Cultures 1+2
Cultures: Northland + 8th Wonder of the World
Dream Pinball 3D
Dungeons 2
Dungeons 2: A Chance of Dragons
Dungeons 2: A Game of Winter
Dungeons 2: A Song of Sand and Fire
Earth 2140 Trilogy
Earth 2150 Trilogy
Earth 2160
F.E.A.R. Platinum
F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin + Reborn
Gorky 17
Grand Ages: Medieval
Jack Orlando: A Cinematic Adventure – Director’s Cut
Jagged Alliance 2: Wildfire
Knights and Merchants: The Peasants Rebellion
Lego Batman: The Videogame
Lego Harry Potter: Years 1-4
Lego Harry Potter: Years 5-7
Mortal Kombat 1+2+3

Port Royale
Runaway: A Road Adventure
Runaway 2: The Dream of the Turtle
Runaway 3: A Twist of Fate

Tropico Reloaded
Tropico 3 Gold Edition
Tropico 4
Tropico 4 – Complete DLC Pack
Tropico 5
Two Worlds
Two World 2: Epic Edition
Wargame: European Escalation
Wings! – Remastered Edition

My highlights as an adventure game fan are obviously the usual suspects like Runaway: A Road Adventure, Runaway 2: The Dream of the Turtle, Runaway 3: A Twist of Fate, and Jack Orlando: A Cinematic Adventure – Director’s Cut. But if you’re into horror FPS, then you can’t go wrong with the excellent F.E.A.R. Platinum and F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin + Reborn. Lego is of course always cool, so Lego Batman: The Videogame
Lego Harry Potter: Years 1-4, Lego Harry Potter: Years 5-7 come highly recommended. Less child-friendly but over-the-top violently good are Mortal Kombat 1+2+3. For the more peace-loving strategist who likes their games cuddly, Cultures 1+2 and Cultures: Northland + 8th Wonder of the World are good choices.

These are only a few titles I picked, but there are many more. So decide for yourself which are worth your money, but do so before the offer expires tomorrow, January 19 at 4:59 AM GMT.

Lego Batman is an excellent game and Lego Batman 2 is even better with Superman annoying The Bat all the time. I really love those games. Lego Harry Potter, however, isn’t my cup of tea.
