GOG Weekly Sale Vol. 20 with free games “Double Dragon Trilogy”

After the very long and expansive (but not expensive) GOG Adventurous Summer Sale 2017, its inclusion of free games Fantasy General and Alan Wake’s American Nightmare, GOG is back with Weekly Sale Vol. 20 that offers the Double Dragon Trilogy for free with the first purchase.

I already reviewed the Double Dragon Trilogy in this article, so if you want to read more about it, then check it out. Otherwise let’s just say that despite having some forced GOG Galaxy client multiplayer (that can be played with Steam users) and a few sound problems, the conversion is pretty good if one can get past the high difficulty. The brawler is a lot of fun in co-op and offers an inexpensive way to experience Double Dragon, Double Dragon 2: The Revenge, and Double Dragon 3: The Rosetta Stone, three brawlers that will test the player’s endurance. The trilogy is unlocked for free after the first purchase (no matter how high the price is), although the code should be redeemed before July 10, 21:59 UTC.

The Weekly Sale Vol. 20 isn’t as comprehensive as the bigger summer sale (although there are LOTS of titles here), but it includes quite a good selection of different genres. Some of them I already reviewed with good scores, like Silence, The Walking Dead: Season 1, The Witcher, and The Witcher Adventure Game, others I discussed in many release articles and the ones I can heartily recommend are all the other The Witcher titles, Baldur’s Gate and Rayman series. Anyway, here’s the complete list:
