GOG free game: “Mable & The Wood”

Triplevision Games‘ and Graffiti Games‘ metroidvania action-platformer Mable and the Wood has become a limited-time freebie on GOG.

It’s less than one year since I wrote about the release of Mable & The Wood, which just shows how fast some games can be available for free. So if you want to learn more about it, please check out the article. Otherwise I’ll keep it rather short: Playing as a female warrior, one’s ability to use animal powers to progress in the world might sound familiar to those who’ve played Wonder Boy: The Dragon’s Trap (see my review), but the pixel art presentation is quite different.

Mable & The Wood is only available for free on GOG until tomorrow, March 22, 2020, at 2 PM UTC, so be quick and grab it while you can.
