Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Store make it possible to enjoy Ubisoft Nadeo‘s arcade racing game remake Trackmania as a free-to-play title.
I don’t usually cover free-to-play games, but as everytime something free comes to the Epic Games Store is reason enough to write about it and and I haven’t mentioned the Ubisoft Store yet, this might be a good opportunity to do it. Despite not having played many Trackmania games (only one on the PS4), the fluid presentation and sheer sense of speed was always the most impressive thing about the franchise. The newest entry in the series is a remake of Trackmania Nations and offers enough playable tracks even for those who don’t want to pay for it. The free Starter Access already includes 25 tracks of the official campaign and community tracks in the arcade channel, while editors and participating in the weekly Nations League are part of the package as well. Then there’s the standard and club subscriptions which offer more flexibility in customization and social activity.
The game can now be downloaded for free on both the Epic Games store or the Ubisoft Store.
