Collecting in September 2020 was mainly about movies.

It’s inconceivable how difficult it seems to be for My Favourite Magazines to keep track of their magazines outside of the UK, as this one was the only one I got (the EDGE issue missing again), which is one more than the month before.

You can’t have enough TIE Fighters, sorry, TIE Daggers in LEGO form.

This is certainly not worth 10 EUR, but as a freebie when ordering a Dreamworks movie it’s quite nice, despite the low printing quality.

One of my favorite movies, and as the T-shirt I bought way back in 2006 doesn’t fit me anymore, this Zavvi order was a no-brainer.

Speaking of no-brainers, these B-movies should be a lot of fun to watch.

Classic adventure movies and a modern one, Dora and the Lost City of Gold, that puts the newest Indiana Jones flick The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull to shame, as it’s surprisingly fun and exciting, especially if you’re not a fan of the kids TV show.

Only one drama movie, but with Dwayne Johnson playing himself as The Rock, this should be an interesting look into the wrestler scene.

More horror flicks in preparation for Halloween, with the second Addams Family being my favorite. Not quite sure what to expect of Birdemic, because it seems to be very very bad. I still like The Craft after all these years, and while both Embrace of the Vampire movies aren’t particularly good, at least they have some unintentionally funny moments.

More Arrow Video fodder with interesting artwork, although I have to say that An American Werewolf in London still seems to be overrated IMHO even after repeated viewings.

Time to dive right into 3D again.

Old school 3D.

Old school animated TV shows.

So September was definitely more about movies, without any gaming-related additions (if you don’t count the Retrogamer magazine). Let’s see if it will be any different in October… but with Halloween, it’s probably horror-related, but who knows…?
