GOG releases 2 classic puzzle games with Ziggurat Interactive

Once again GOG teams up with Ziggurat Interactive and releases two more classic games, this time in the puzzle genre.

It hasn’t been long since GOG released 2 classic tactical games with Ziggurat Interactive (or any other retro additions from the company), so dabbling with puzzlers was only a matter of time.

Revelation, originally developed by Teque London Ltd. and published by Krisalis Software in 1991, is about safe-cracking, as one tries to find the right combination to unlock the treasures before time runs out. Color-coded dials and chain reactions have to be taken into account, while one should also pay attention to collectibles that make things a bit easier.

Zyconix, originally developed by Miracle Games and published by Accolade, Inc. in 1992, is a puzzle game that tasks the player to match colors of falling blocks, creating lines and columns. Even if this sounds rather familiar to fans of classic Tetris and Columns, four different modes starring individual characters and a lot of crazy power-ups makes this a worthwhile addition.

Both games are now available DRM-free on GOG with 33% launch discounts that last until tomorrow, July 9, 2021, at 1 PM UTC.
