Game release: “Lost at Sea” (PC, PS5, Xbox Series)

Studio Fizbin and Headup‘s enigmatic adventure game Lost at Sea makes one person’s life an island of memories to discover.

The game is about the personal experiences and past events of Anna which are presented as phases of her life that can be found on a mysterious island. But all is not well, as one is soon chased by fears that literally want to keep the player in a state of misery without any way of moving on.

What sounds pretty strange is exactly that: a game that is more an experience one shapes by constructing memories with finding objects and solving puzzles. Judging by the screenshots, it sure looks like a surreal title and a very personal one, although it should have enough moments one can relate to (I might be biased, because the protagonist’s name is the same as my wife’s).

The game is out now on PC, PS5 and Xbox One Series X/S with a 10% launch discount that lasts until tomorrow, July 28, at 1 PM UTC.
