November 2021 was big on game release news and reviews, but other media weren’t neglected, either.

While I still have my reservations about streaming, considering quality and content, two services made it to the overview sections regardless:
Disney+ watchlist: October 2021
Netflix watchlist: October 2021
New additions to the media collection in October 2021
Overview of (blog) life in October 2021
Game releases were primarily about indies, which was no surprise:
Conway: Disappearance at Dahlia View
Demon Turf
DYSMANTLE
Hammerting
Happy Game
Horror Story: Hallowseed
Monster Bash HD
Next Space Rebels
Okinawa Rush
Punk Wars
Saint Kotar
The Sin Collector: Repentless
Time Loader
Tunnel of Doom
Undungeon
GOG had a mix of indie, classic, and more AAA titles, with my personal favorite being Galador – The Prince and the Coward:
Agony
Galador – The Prince and the Coward
Just Cause 1+2
The Lightbringer
“OPUS: Echo of Starsong” + “OPUS: Rocket of Whispers” + “OPUS: The Day We Found Earth”
SHEEPO
Spacebase Startopia
Writing about free games can become a problem if some of them are limited time offers, as was the case with Amazon Prime Gaming missing a certain Tomb Raider adventure after half of the month. So for the future, I might have to better check this at the beginning of the month. On a more positive note, I was very happy that Outcast became a GOG giveaway, as I have really fond memories of this game (I still have to review):
Amazon Prime Gaming free games in November 2021
Epic Games Store free game: “Aven Colony”
Epic Games Store free game: “DARQ: Complete Edition”
Epic Games Store free games: “Guild of Dungeoneering” + “KID A MNESIA EXHIBITION” + “Never Alone”
GOG celebrates 10th anniversary of THQ Nordic with free game “Outcast 1.1”
Last but not least, writing a game review every week was both stressful and satisfying, as it meant I’ve worked through quite a few review copies:
Cuphead
Parkitect
Parkitect: Taste of Adventure
Parkitect: Booms & Blooms
Shadow Tactics: Blades of the Shogun
So here we are once again with another month of daily blogging (sometimes two articles), a work philosophy I’ve kept up for 953 days straight. So fingers crossed I’ll continue this, even during the upcoming holidays.
