GOG weekend sale: “Outstanding hack ‘n’ slash games”

After a stressful week, GOG has just the right weekend sale with some action games and other other genres.

GOG’s midweek sale (which is still running until tomorrow) had many brain-teasers and as I already covered it in this article, it’s only natural to give the new weekend sale some space here.

The moniker of hack ‘n’ slash games is a bit misleading, though, because anyone only expecting action-RPGs or mindless button-bashing will find more than just that. Granted, a few have made their way into the list, but there are more than enough other genres in there, e.g. racing and survival horror.

Still, some games are easy to recommend:

Deliver Us The Moon (see the game release news)
Enclave
GRIP (see the GOG releases 5 new arcade racing titles article)
Nox
The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing: Final Cut
The Surge – Augmented Edition (see the GOG release news)
The Surge 2 – Premium Edition (see the GOG release news)
The Town of Light (see the Past gaming events: Gamescom 2018, Day 2 (press appointments) article)
Those Who Remain (see the Past gaming events: gamescom 2019, Day 1 article)
Vikings – Wolves of Midgard (see the game release news)

The outstanding hack ‘n’ slash games sale runs until March 21, 2022, at 2 PM UTC.
