GOG weekend sale: “Games to play before summer starts”

It’s Saturday morning and the long weekend has just started, so let’s have a quick look at GOG’s new weekend sale with lots of games to play before summer kicks in.

Judging by the temperatures, one could actually say summer is already here, or it was, kind of, with almost 30 degrees here in Germany, then 20 or 15. It’s crazy, so crazy in fact that one should rather stay indoors to prevent sunburn or sudden rain outside.

The latest promo sale offers many different games, some of which probably lasting until winter due to their long playtimes. So here we go again:

Control Ultimate Edition (see the game release news)
Death’s Door
Disco Elysium – The Final Cut (see the game release news)
Dorfromantik (see the game release news)
Gamedec (see the game release news)
Ghostrunner (see the game release news)
Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice (see the game release news)
HordeCore (see the game release news)
Inscryption (see the game release news)
Loop Hero (see the game release news)
Medieval Dynasty
Mortal Shell
Mortal Shell – The Virtuous Cycle
No Man’s Sky (see the game release news)
Solasta: Crown of the Magister (see the game release news)
Star Control: Origins – Galactic Edition
SWAT 4: Gold Edition
The Uncertain: Last Quiet Day (see the GOG release news)
The Uncertain: Light At The End (see the game release news)
Tropico 6

Compiling this list made me realize how many games I’ve missed out on (like the Star Control or SWAT titles) and despite having written quite a few articles about promo sales, there is always something new to discover.

The weekend sale featuring games to play before summer starts runs until June 6, 2022, at 10 PM UTC.
