Epic Games Store free game: “Unrailed!”

Epic Games Store‘s latest freebie is Indoor Astronaut and Daedalic Entertainment‘s railroad co-op multiplayer game Unrailed!.

I briefly mentioned Unrailed! in the Past gaming events: gamescom 2020, Day 3 article, but with so many indie titles the release somehow happened without me noticing or covering it. So here’s a quick rundown of what one actually does in the game.

There’s no single-player mode, so one has to find some friends or family members either in the online or couch space, with the main goal being to build train tracks. As the train is already on its way, there’s not much time to plan, as derailing is just around the next corner. One needs a lot of teamwork with up to four players or one can compete in teams of two against each other, resulting in some chaotic fun.

The game can be added to the Epic Games Store account for free until August 11, 2022, at 5:00 PM.
