GOG free game: “Jazz Jackrabbit 2 Collection”

Halloween is over, and Easter is still a few months away, but GOG has decided to give away a very special treat with Epic Games‘s classic action-platformer Jazz Jackrabbit 2 Collection.

I hope you all had a nice Halloween night and a good morning after, and even if I planned to do more news articles about recent horror game releases, Jazz Jackrabbit 2 Collection just came along as a limited-time freebie.

Without much time to spare and with me already having written a review about this collection last year, I’ll keep it short and sweet: Anyone who thought smooth side-scrolling platformers with cartoon graphics weren’t possible on the PC, should give it a try, and with some Christmas-themed levels, the timing isn’t actually so far off.

So Happy after-Halloween and pre-Christmas (Easter) to all and to all a good scare or day!

Jazz Jackrabbit 2 Collection can be downloaded for free until November 3, 2022, at 2 PM UTC, and for more information about additional levels, please read the GOG news, too.
