October 2021 was the biggest month for game and movie reviews yet thanks to Halloween, but it also featured plenty of other news articles.

Only one streaming platform made it to the overviews section:
Disney+ watchlist: September 2021
New additions to the media collection in September 2021
Overview of (blog) life in September 2021
There were so many game releases that I had to have three articles per day to fit them all in:
Coffee Noir – Business Detective Game
Concordia: Digital Edition
Corpse Party [2021]
Defend the Rook
Drox Operative 2
ExZeus: The Complete Collection
Grotto
Inscryption
In Sound Mind
JARS
A Juggler’s Tale
Kathy Rain: Director’s Cut
Legends of Murder Collection
A Little Golf Journey
Midnight Protocol
The Riftbreaker
Skeletal Avenger
Succubus
Tandem: A Tale of Shadows
UnMetal
Warp Frontier
Zombie Dinos from Planet Zeltoid
Many GOG releases didn’t make it any easier to take a rest:
GOG releases 6 arcade-like games with Funbox Media
Before Your Eyes
Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain
“Elvira: Mistress of the Dark” and “Elvira II: The Jaws of Cerberus”
Gone Viral
The Shore
Tormented Souls
Free games were again mostly from the Epic Games Store:
Amazon Prime Gaming free games in October 2021
Epic Games Store free game: “Among the Sleep – Enhanced Edition”
Epic Games Store free game: “Europa Universalis IV”
Epic Games Store free game: “PC Building Simulator”
Epic Games Store free game: “Stubbs the Zombie in Rebel Without a Pulse”
Horror games were very prominent in the review section due to the annual Halloween week:
Blood: Fresh Supply
The Darkside Detective: A Fumble in the Dark
Desperados III: Money for the Vultures
Little Misfortune
Little Nightmares II
The Medium
The Suffering
The Suffering: The Ties That Bind
The same held true for movies:
Daniel Isn’t Real
The Dead Center
“The Evil Dead” + “Evil Dead II” + “Army of Darkness” + remake
Prison
Shadow: Dead Riot
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 1-4
“The Texas Chainsaw Massacre” remakes and reboots
As always, October has always been the busiest month of the year because of Halloween, but being a horror buff in any medium, it’s of course always worth the time and effort.
